Summer Intern Opportunities   New
Academic Internship Council (AIC) is a non-profit organization, that partners up with Universities around the globe to place their students into Academic Internships in their field of study. We have had students from UC Berkeley, Michigan State, National University of Singapore, Australia National University, etc... participate in our programs in Toronto over the past five years.

We place our students in unpaid for-credit internships in Toronto that provide a hands-on experience to complement their theoretical university degree. The students all receive academic credit for their internship and therefore follow the Ontario labour laws.

AIC has two students that are looking for placements and was wondering if anyone in the CSI world would know any companies that would be interested in this opportunity?

Here are brief profiles on the students:
  1. Student One - A Materials Engineering student at the University of Kentucky. He/She is interested in biomechanical and chemical engineering research and design. He/She has prior lab experience from his classes. He will be in Toronto from June 4 - July 29, 2017.
  2. Student Two - A fourth year Chemical Engineering student from UC Berkeley. He/She will be in Toronto from June 11 - August 12, 2017. He/She’s looking for an internship connected to chemical processing and energy/environmental issues.
If you’re interested, or know of anyone that could be, I would be more than happy to send over the resumes of the students and more information about our program.
